About accommodation

What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is available from 15:00. Checkout must be completed by 11:00.
Can I leave my baggage before checking in or after checking out?
You can leave it in the cloakroom on the first floor.
Can I send my baggage ahead, when I stay overnight?
We keep your baggage at the front desk until your arrival. Please use the address below:

Clearly specify your name (also in katakana) and the date of arrival. Please note that you may not include cash, valuables, fragile goods, and goods requiring temperature/humidity control in the baggage.
Can I bring a small child?
If the child does not require a separate bed, no additional accommodation rate is charged.
How many days in advance can I make a reservation?
Room reservations are accepted three months before the date of arrival.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
When needed, cancel your reservations until two days before the date of arrival. A cancellation charge will be billed after this date. 20% of the accommodation rate is charged for a cancellation on the day before your arrival, 80% on the day of arrival, and 100% for a no-show.
Do you have laundry service?
Yes. Fill in the laundry service form in your room and call the front desk. If you order by 10:00 am, you will receive the laundry in the evening of the same day. Service is not available on Sundays and holidays.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept JCB, Visa, Master, Amex, and Diners.
Do you have a launderette?
It is available in the laundry room on the fourth floor.
Do you have any curfew?
Once you have checked in, there are no such restrictions. The entrance is locked, however, at 2:00 a.m. for security reasons. The guests can unlock the door with their room keys.
Can I secure the same room for a multiple-night stay?
Please tell us so when you make the reservations. You may leave your baggage in the room during your stay. Please note that the hotel assumes no responsibility for valuables left in the room.
Can I use the room after 11 a.m.?
Though all rooms are cleaned between 11:00 and 14:00, guests staying multiple nights in the same room can use the room after 11 a.m. Hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the door, and your room will not be cleaned. Used towels and yukata (cotton bathrobe) can be replaced at the front desk upon request.
Guests checking out may use the room for an additional charge subject to availability. Inform the staff at the front desk beforehand. The additional charge is 30% of the accommodation rate until 13:00, 50% until 15:00, and 100% after 15:00 (same as an overnight stay).
Do you accept unaccompanied minors (under 20)?
When minors not accompanied by adults want to stay at the hotel, consent by a parent or guardian is required on orders of the government. A written consent needs to be submitted when checking in. Please note that junior high school students or younger children cannot stay unless accompanied by an adult.
Is there a convenience store near the hotel?
There is a Lawson’s opposite the hotel.
Is there an ATM near the hotel?
The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Mizuho Bank have ATMs that are a one-minute walk from the hote. There is an ATM designed for convenience stores in the Lawson’s opposite the hotel.
Is there an Internet discount?

Can I have a party in a guest room?
No, you can’t.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
We have a non-smoking floor. As the number of non-smoking rooms is limited, please request the room when making reservations.
Do you have a Japanese-style room?
No, we don’t.
Do you have guest rooms equipped with a washlet (bidet)?
All rooms are equipped with a washlet.

No, we don’t.
Do you serve breakfast?
Breakfast is served at the Royal Host restaurant on the first floor. (Not complimentary)
Do you serve dinner?
Royal Host on the first floor is open until 2 a.m.

Which stations are convenient?
One-minute walk from Exit A4 of Hacchobori Station of Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line.
Four-minute walk from Exit 1 of Kayabacho Station of Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line.
Five-minute walk from Exit B1 of Hacchobori Station of JR Keiyo Line.
Five-minute taxi ride or 15-minute walk from the Yaesu Exit of JR Tokyo Station.
Which is the nearest exit on Metropolitan Expressway?
Approximately five minutes from Kyobashi Ramp on the Metropolitan Expressway.
Approximately five minutes from Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT) in Hakozaki.
