Q.What time is the check in/out?

A.Check in: 3:00PM/Check out: 10:00AM

Q.What time is the latest check in/early check out time?

A.The front desk open 24 hours and there are no any late check in/early check out fee will be charged.
However if your arrival time will be late, please contact us as soon as you possible.

Q.Do you accept credit card?

A.Yes. We accept JCB, Visa, Master, American Express, Discover and Union Pay.

Q.Do you have curfew?

A.Once you have checked in, there is no curfew. However, for security reasons, the entrance door will be locked at late night. Hotel guests can access the entrance door for 24 hours.

Q.Do you have guest parking space?

A.No.
There is no parking at the hotel. Coin parking fees are 300yen for 25 min, or 100yen for 60min if parked between 2PM to 8PM. Advance reservation cannot be made for coin parking spaces.

Q.Can I park my bicycle/motorcycle?

A.Yes. Please ask our front desk agent upon arrival.

Q.How far in advance can I make a reservation?

A.We accept reservations six months in advance.

Q.What is your cancellation policy?

A.Reservation must be cancelled at least two days prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid cancellation charges. Otherwise, the following cancellation fees will be charged. One day prior to the scheduled check-in date: 20% of regular room rate. The day of the scheduled check-in date: 80% of regular room rate. No Show : 100% of regular room rate.

Q.Do you have a waiting list?

A.No. We are sorry, but we do not have a waiting list.

Q.Can I have a party in a guest room?

A.No. We are sorry, but parties are not allowed in a guest room.

Q.Do you have non-smoking rooms?

A.Yes. We have non-smoking floors.
Please note that non-smoking rooms are limited. It is possible to change it if we have vacant when check in.

Q.Do you have connecting room?

A.No. We are sorry, but we don't have connecting rooms.

Q.Does your guest rooms equipped with air conditioning?

A.All guest rooms are equipped with central heating and cooling system. Guests can only select the air volume:strong-mid-weak or off by guestselves.

Q.Does your guest rooms equipped with a shower toilet?

A.Yes. All guest rooms are equipped with a shower toilet.

Q.Is there Internet access?

A.Yes.
All rooms have High Speed wired internet and the highspeed wifi are also available throughout the hotel with no extra costs.

Q.Do you have coin operated washers?

A.Yes. We have two sets of washers and dryers in the laundry room on the 3rd Floor.
 

Q.Do you have laundry service?

A.Yes.
Please fill out the laundry service request form you can find in your room, and contact the front desk. If requested before 10AM, they will be ready in the evening on the same day. (Service not available on Sunday or National Holiday)
 

Q.What kind of amenities/facilities do you offer?

Q.Can I take small child/children?

A.Yes.
No room charge will be applied to children under 12 aged not requiring a separate bed.

Q.How many guests can stay same room? Do you have extra beds?

A.2 adults in maximum in any room type. We are sorry, but extra beds are not available.

Q.Can you hold my bags before checking in or after checking out?

A.Yes.
We are pleased to look after a guest property for free before check in time and after check out time ON THE DAY.
If you have second booking, it is also no problem to store in several days. 
Just tell us leaving luggage and when you are going to pick your luggage up at the front desk upon your check out.

Q.Can I send my bags to your hotel in advance?

A.To receive a guest luggage/parcel, MUST ask us before it is on shipping in advance.
 

Q.Can I send a package/luggage from your hotel

A.Yes. Limites delivery service by Yamato Transport is available at the front desk. Shipping supplies are also available for sale.
From the hotel to narita airport are also provided it is takes 2 days prior.
Please note some consumer erectronics might be NOT accepeted in this service.
 

Q.Can you purchase a ticket for me?

A.No. We are sorry, but we do not provide any purchasing and reserving for guests, such as any restaurant, Ghibli museum, Fujiko F Fujio Museum, Tokyo Disney resort and so on.
 
 

Q.Do you have a domestic shipping service?

A.Yes. Delivery service by Yamato Transport is available at the front desk. Shipping supplies are also available for sale.

Q.What are the restaurant business hour?

A.Breakfast : 6:45 am to 9:15 am
Regular business hours : 10:00 am to 7:30 pm (l/o 7:00 pm)

Q.Do you have room service?

A.No, we do not offer room service.

Q.Do you serve breakfast?

A.Complimentary breakfast is served at Italian Tomatoes Café Jr. between 6:45AM to 9:15AM. You may choose from Toast, Hot dog, Bagel sandwich, or pancake. It also comes with minestrone soup, and Coffee or Tea.

Q.Do you have vegitalian breakfast or halal food?

A.We are sorry but there are no menu for vegi, however a restaurant staff can remove meat, egg, and dairy products from regular breakfast menu accordingly. Also the restaurant have no halal certified food.

Q.Can I take away a breakfast?

A.Take away is possible only a kind of bread and drink(except soup) in a paper bag. Please ask at the restaurant counter then.
