General FAQs

What time is the check in/out?

Check in: 3:00PM/Check out: 10:00AM

Can you hold my bags before checking in or after checking out?

Yes. We will be glad to hold them in the cloakroom located at the first floor.

Can I send my bags in advance?

Yes.

Also, please note that you may not include cash, valuables, fragile items,
and any items requiring temperature or humidity control in your bags.

Can I send a package?

Yes.
Delivery service by Yamato Transport is available at the front desk.
Shipping supplies are also available for sale.

Do you have guest parking space?

Yes.
Parking spaces are available at multistory parking garage.
It is first come first served, and the parking fee is 1,000yen when parked between 7PM to 9AM.
Cars with a length of 4.9m, width of 1.85m and height of 1.6m at maximum are accepted.
There is an additional charge of 350yen per 30min when parked between 9AM to 7PM.
Please note that cars cannot be moved between 11PM to 8AM.
For cars exceeding the above size are directed to coin parking near our hotel.
Coin parking fees are 300yen for 25 min, or 100yen for 60min if parked between 2PM to 8PM.
Advance reservation cannot be made for coin parking spaces.

Can I bring small children?

Yes. No room charge will be applied to children not requiring a separate bed.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

We accept reservations six months in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservation must be cancelled at least two (2)days prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid cancellation charges.
Otherwise, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
One (1) day prior to the scheduled check-in date: 20% of regular room rate.
The day of the scheduled check-in date: 80% of regular room rate.
No Show : 100% of regular room rate.

Is there Internet access?

Yes.
All rooms have High Speed LAN cable.
If you need LAN cable, please contact the front desk agent.

Do you have laundry service?

Yes.
Please fill out the laundry service request form you can find in your room, and contact the front desk.
If requested before 10AM, they will be ready in the evening on the same day.
(Service not available on Sunday or National Holiday)

Do you accept credit card?

Yes. We accept JCB, Visa, Master, and Amex.

Do you have a waiting list?

No. We are sorry, we do not have a waiting list.

Do you have coin operated washers?

Yes. We have two sets of washers and dryers in the laundry room on the 3rd Floor.

Do you have extra beds?

No. We are sorry, but extra beds are not available.

Do you have curfew?

Once you have checked in, there is no curfew.
However, for security reasons, the entrance door will be locked at late night.
Hotel guests can access the entrance door for 24 hours.

Can I stay in the same room for multiple night stay?

Yes. You may leave your bags in your room during your stay; however, please keep the valuables with you.

When staying multiple nights, can I use the room after 10am?

Yes.
Although all rooms are cleaned between 10:00AM to 2:00PM,
if you are staying multiple nights in the same room, you are welcome to stay and use the room after 10AM.
Please use the " Do not disturb" sign if housekeeping is not necessary.
Clean towels and Yukata ( Japanese style bathrobe) are available at the front desk.

Do you accept unaccompanied minors? (under age 20)

Yes,
however, consent by a parent or guardian is required by the government.
A written consent needs to be submitted when checking in.
Junior High School students or younger children cannot stay unless accompanied by an adult.

Can I park my motorcycle?

Yes. Please ask our front desk agent upon arrival.

Is there a convenience store near the hotel?

Yes, about 2 min walk to ampm.

Is there an ATM machine near the hotel?

ATM machines provided by The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Mizuho Bank are available within 1min by walk.
There is also an ATM machine inside the ampm which is about 2 min by walk.

Guest Room FAQs

Can I have a party in a guest room?

No. We are sorry, but parties are not allowed in a guest room.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Yes. We have non-smoking floors.
As non-smoking rooms are limited, please be sure to give us the request when making a reservation.

Do you have connecting rooms?

No. We are sorry, but we don't have connecting rooms.

Do your guest rooms equipped with shower toilet?

Yes. All guest rooms are equipped with shower toilet.

Is there a refrigerator in the room?

Yes. All guest rooms have a refrigerator. (it is empty)

Is there a hairdryer in the room?

Yes. All guest rooms have a hairdryer.

Is there a teapot in the room?

Yes. There is an electric kettle in each room.

Dining FAQs

Do you have room service?

No, we do not offer room service.

Do you serve breakfast?

Complimentary breakfast is served at Italian Tomatoes Café Jr. between 6:45AM to 9:30AM.
You may choose from Toast, Hot dog, Bagel sandwich, or pancake.
It also comes with minestrone soup, and Coffee or Tea.

Do you serve dinner?

No. However, Italian Tomato Café Jr on the first floor is open until 10PM. ( Last order 9:30PM)
