Do you have laundry service?
Yes.
Please fill out the laundry service request form you can find in your room, and contact the front desk.
If requested before 10AM, they will be ready in the evening on the same day.

No. We are sorry, but parties are not allowed in a guest room.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes. We have non-smoking floors.
Please note thatnon-smoking rooms are limited. It is possible to change it ifwe havevacant when check in.
Do you have connecting room?
No. We are sorry, but we don't have connecting rooms.
Does your guest rooms equipped with air conditioning?
All guest rooms are equipped with central heating and cooling system.
Guests can only select the air volume:strong-mid-weak or off by guestselves.
Does your guest rooms equipped with ashower toilet?
Yes. All guest rooms are equipped with ashower toilet.
Is there Internet access?
Yes.
All rooms have High Speed wired internet and the highspeed wifi are also available
throughout the hotel with no extra costs.
Do you have coin operated washers?
Yes. We have two sets of washers and dryers in the laundry room on the 3rd Floor.

Dining FAQs

What are the restaurant business hour?
Breakfast : 6:45 am to 9:15 am
Regular business hours : 10:00 am to 7:30 pm (l/o 7:00 pm)
Do you have room service?
No, we do not offer room service.
Do you serve breakfast?
Complimentary breakfast is served at Italian Tomatoes Café Jr. between 6:45AM to 9:15AM.
You may choose from Toast, Hot dog, Bagel sandwich, or pancake.
It also comes with minestrone soup, and Coffee or Tea.
Do you have vegitalian breakfast or halal food?
We are sorry but there are no menu for vegi, however a restaurant staff can remove meat, egg,
and dairy products from regular breakfast menu accordingly. Also the restaurant have no halal certified food.
Can I take away a breakfast?
Take away is possible only a kind of bread and drink(except soup) in a paper bag.
Please ask at the restaurant counter then.
